It’s a Beautiful Thing When Wants & Needs Come Together
MSD, the Metropolitain St. Louis Sewer District, installed a much needed huge channel drain in this client’s this backyard. However, the grates were sharp and not safe or realistic in a residence with children.
After getting all the required permits, Big Bend Landscaping installed a double layer of fabric over the large channel drains, installed topsoil and sod on half, and installed a beautiful permeable walkway that connected the garage and the home.
First and foremost, the homeowner was pleased, it met our high standards, and looks great without interfering with the city’s drainage solution.
